The apartment is in great location, very close to Yerevan city center. There are lots of stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is so charming and cosy. I liked absolutely everything about it - the bed was comfortable; the kitchen had everything you might need, if you want to eat there; the bathroom was pretty and the balcony was very nice. The hosts was very helpful and nice too - we had a bit of a struggle with getting the key, and Vardan - our host reacted immediately. Our overall stay in Yerevan was fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Hotel! We had a private room with a private bathroom next to the main house, a beautiful place with a great swimming pool in the yard. We had a great and abundant breakfast. The place is 5 minutes by car from the city center, so it's very comfortable to move. The area is very quiet and the people were very kind, friendly, flexible and helpful. The relationship price quality is very good, it's really a good deal.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, everything clean and everything worked. Excellent breakfast. Central but quiet at night. Yerevan is expensive so not cheap but considering the location it is great value. Hope to stay again.
The manager is great host, knows English, very professional. Because of that i stayed longer in that place. Thei first dsy there was an issue with the room being full so for the same price he made one of his private room into a second dorm and accommodate me and later at night another person. When a bedbugs situation happened he immediately changed my bed. Very well communication, i would definitely stay again. It was also one of the cheaper places around.
The self check-in/out was a must for me as I don't like dealing with people in person 😅 They just had someone come to the place to pick up the bond (which they gave back the same way). Location was on point, the building and apartment looked brand new and were very comfortable and easy to navigate (we were 3 people). Really quiet and private. Provided with linen, towels and slippers. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very cheap!
