From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were comfortable, even giving us a tour of the house. Her place is perfectly situated near Sevan Lake, making it an ideal spot if you're visiting the area. The view, with apple trees surrounding the house, is simply breathtaking. Rose went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants and even advising us on what to order, which was super helpful when the waitress tried to push something that wasn’t something local. Our stay was nothing short of perfect—she even baked us a delicious Armenian dish in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home.

As the name suggests, Cozy House is truly cozy and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Even though it was cold outside, it was warm and nice inside. The photos online match exactly what you get. The best part was the breakfast, which was served right to our room in picnic baskets. It was such a nice and unexpected surprise! We highly recommend Cozy House. Our only regret is that we stayed just one night. We will definitely come back!
