The house was nice and new, but we mostly loved the backyard. It was small but it gave you a feeling of calmness and peace. In fact you could see it since the first step into the house, because all ground floor setup was driving your attention to the green feature of the property.

The building and the apartments look like they were recently built or remodeled so they are very nice. I was there in late November and there were very nice Christmas decorations in the building. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and is located on a quiet street. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location with a view over the lake and own beach with the sun beds, far from the crowded center of Podgradec. Very quiet place ideal for relaxation and resting. Very good family restaurant with incerdible fish in the menu and friendly staff.
The manager and his wife are one of the nicest and most down to earth people I have ever met. The true to the word family-owned business in a beautiful location and modern facilities. The prices are crazy cheap, but the quaint is superb. Fish in the restaurant was great, definitely something to recommend.
Very comfortable apartment in a great place. It's a bit further from the city center but the view to the lake is magnificent. An apartment itself is cozy, spacious and stylish. Very quiet neighbourhood.
