Right in the heart of Tirana, though a very quiet apartment on the 7th floor, with a nice view over Tirana. 'Luxury' is a little exaggerated, but for 56 euros a night you have big, safe apartment with everything you need, including a small balcony and a big shower.
When you come by car, it's best to park in the garage under Skanderbeg Square (8 euros/day). From there it's 5 mins walk to the apartment: backtrack to Rruga Kavajës, stay on the right side and go right into a small alley, just before the Raifeissen Bank. Your host Artur will probably be waiting for you there.

Very friendly and kind staff! The room was clean and quiet. Also, the location is very close to the airport so perfect if you have an early flight in the morning! The breakfast includes a coffee or tea and a croissant (prepacked factory croissant, not fresh). Great price-quality!
