The house is charming and very well cared for, and the rooms are nicely decorated, squeaky clean, and spacious. Very lovely family, friendly and attentive to your every need. In the morning we were treated to a great breakfast, with eggs, fruits, and local dishes, juice, tea, coffee included. Not to mention the nice view from the terrace where the breakfast is served. It is a pity we stayed only for 1 night, I would love to stay longer. The location is great if you are a pedestrian and a bit of a nightmare if you are driving a car. Getting there on narrow steep brick roads was a challenge, but when we got stuck, they came to our help, leading us through the street labyrinth. It is a short walk uphill to the castle, while the bazaar and restaurants are just around the corner.

This hotel is a rare jewel! it was definitely the most special hotel we stayed at in Albania - it truly felt like staying in an ottoman palace! Great location in the old quarter, right next to attractions like the Skenduli House and old bazaar but in a quiet street. The terrace is charming and has fantastic views. The hosts made us feel at home and were so welcoming and kind. All in all, we would definitely come back and we highly recommend it!

I'd booked a 20m² room with sofa, balcony and view but got a 14m² room without none of it. A bit disappointing.
Apart from that I have only words of praise left. A charming family owned place with only four rooms. Tastefully restored with quality materials. Spotless clean. A nice cosy patio. Good and quiet location just 5 min.s walk from the bustling Old city center. Very kind and welcoming reception.
Maradone is the best host you'll ever met! Great location of the hotel + Maradona is willing you to taxi you to the old city centre. Please don't eat in the city centre, the best & most cheap dinner you'll find in the hotel :)

They helped me with everything: guided me to the location and parking from the very entrance to the town, allowed late check-in (23:00), warmed up the room (cold season — but the room was very warm on my arrival), provided additional blankets, etc. Also, great location – very balanced, close to all main sightseeings in the town. one of the few hotels with private parking. The room was cozy, nice, and clean. Very cool place to stay in this wonderful town, you will feel like a very desired guest.
