Breakfast was nice and filling, tables at the cafe looking at the boats passing by in the creek, staff was super friendly, location is great and perfect for strolling along the creek, inside the old souq, between Al Fahidi heritage district, dubai old village, Al Seef, and Al Shindagha museum, very close to Dubai museum but that is currently closed for restoration, Al Ghubaiba metro station is 12 min walking along the creek. Windows of the room overlook the creek, room is clean and comfy. Being so close to the waterway some noise from the boats can reach your room, they even provided ear plugs in case, but I didn't use them.

GREAT LOCATION ON BEACH FRONT SUPERB VIEWS FROM BALCONY. SO SO HAPPY BOOKED THIS HOTEL. ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY GOOD AND VERY HELPFUL. THE FULL BOARD FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE PRIVATE BEACH AREA OPP THE HOTEL WAS ALSO VERY VERY GOOD.
