I had the best time at Schafli Manor. My room had a fantastic, awesome view on Chintsa bay and it was tastefully decorated, equipped for a comfortable stay despite loadshedding and whatnot. There is also a small pool and a beautiful garden. But what really went above and beyond was the loveliness of the fantastic host, Beulah, who cared for me like for a family member. I had great conversations with her and she was very helpful in so many ways: offering precious advices, recommending places and activities and even looking out for me after I was gone. I loved my stay here and would definitely love to come back. Totally recommended!

We had a great time in Coffee Bay, also due to Lindie. The accomodation was cozy (straw roof cottage) and clean. Lindie always made sure that we felt safe. She also helped us with the laundry (Thank you for that!) so that a couple of hours later we had fresh clothes again. It was the best choice to have dinner at her place as she cooks unsurpassably good. We had vegetable stir fry noodles and sticky wings (best wings my byfriend ever had). The place is however known for its sushi. The fresh bread and the jam in the morning were amazing. Lindie also organized a local guide for us to explore the area. Thank you for that! Our evening with our long conversation together was a great experience.

The customer service from the host was very good, unfortunately I couldn't have breakfast as I had to leave early. But I will definitely recommend the property to friends and family.

It has everything you need for a short or longer stay (washing machine, dryer, washing lines, dishwasher, iron and board, hairdryers). Close access to the beach via the walkaway. There is an outside shower as well as pool towels. Overall the kids as well as the grannies had a fantastic stay!

We just love staying at Crowned Crane! We always stay there when we are back in Gonubie and can definitely recommend a visit. Convenient location for purposes of visit to Gonubie, comfort of the room, dècor, great breakfast, ambiance and the excellent welcome, friendliness and helpfulness encountered. Great hosts and staff made the stay even better. They went out of their way to provide a meal (left in our room the night before) for the last morning as we had a very early start. This was greatly appreciated.
