It offers modern en-suite facilities for each bedroom. The kitchen has all the amenities and I wish we could have stayed longer. Parking was easy and Wi-Fi excellent. There is a small well-stocked convenient store around the corner and two restaurants right next to the property. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Located 18 km from Charleston and offering a garden, Water's Edge Inn - Adults Only offers accommodation in Folly Beach. Free WiFi is offered. The breakfast was very good everyday. The beds were the most comfortable in any hotel/inn/b&b we have stayed in. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend.

The property was well maintained and had a nice pool, game room and tennis courts. Plenty of shaded parking available and cool view of golf course. The condo AC felt great after playing all day outside. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
