All was great, but the most greatest thing is staff. This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

This accomodation was a stunning little hidden gem in the centre of town, a short walk from the port. Our room was large, extremely clean and aesthetic. We had two amazing Portuguese tarts waiting for us in the room upon arrival which was a really nice gesture. There was also a mini fridge to store our snacks. The breakfast was outstanding and the hospitality of the staff was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this accomodation to everyone.

We liked the central location of the apartment. Everything was clean and well organized. The house is huge so we didn't mind other people staying there at the same time. The host was very hospitable and kind. He helped us call the taxi to the airport and let us leave our bags longer due to our evening flight.
