Casa Carvalhal - Adults Only in Góis provides adults-only accommodation with pool with a view, a garden and a shared lounge. Immaculate! Beautiful garden. Loved our individual patio area with comfortable seating as well as sun beds. Make good use of the pool. The whole place was quiet, calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty, including local and home made produce. The paper bag to take our uneaten bread/pastries was a really nice touch, as was the bath robes in the bedroom.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying in Encontro no Rio. From the moment we arrived, the owners, David, Daniela and the kids welcomed us with open arms, making us feel like part of their family. Their warmth and kindness truly made the experience special. The farmhouse was a gem! The stunning view of the river took our breath away every single day. The pool was an excellent addition, and we spent many enjoyable hours relaxing and splashing around in the water. The animals on the property were an absolute delight. It was heartwarming to see how well they were cared for and how friendly they were with all the guests. The highlight of our stay was definitely the horseback ride with "Cavalos no Rio Mondego." Exploring the beautiful surroundings on horseback was an unforgettable experience. The horses were well-trained, and the guides were knowledgeable, ensuring we had a safe and thrilling ride. Situated in Anceriz in the Centro region, A CASA FRANCESA offers accommodation with access to an open-air bath. A self catering facility with a lovely outdoor area to eat. Enjoyed barbecue each evening. We were there in August and the pool area was lovely. Fantastic views from the top of the village.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, O Palheiro - Vista Panorâmica e Jacuzzi is situated in Sobreira Formosa. Guests can benefit from a patio and an outdoor fireplace. We loved our stay. The house is meticulous, done an amazing work for the renovation. The jacuzzi is just cherry on top. Cannot beat a jacuzzi after breakfast with mountain views. Definitely will return.
