The property was very clean, with a spectacular view from the garden and close to the city center. Giles was very nice, he helped us to check-in earlier (we were in a hurry because of an appointment and we needed to dress up). Unusually for Como lake, it was very hot the days we here there and Giles brought us a second ventilator without asking. Also, the communication was very good on WhatsApp, he responded very quickly, and sent us tips with restaurants and supermarkets close to the apartment. I will recommend the apartment to my friends!
