Comfortable bed and private apartment. The neighborhood was very close to lots of great restaurants and shopping.

Very comfortable, spacious, not missing anything and very close to Ischia port, making moving around the island very easy. Our host was extremely helpful as well.

Featuring a garden, Villa Egidio provides accommodation in Ischia with free WiFi and city views. This was the second of the two phases I had planned for my second visit to Campania. I arrived from Napoli totally unprepared for the isolation of Sant’Angelo, but found out soon that the Neapolitan life merely takes up a more pastoral turn, but remains the same in essence. I have so many nice things to say about the place that a few lines cannot be sufficient. The room is simple but comfortable, and the balcony is one that you will wish you could own, but far above anything else the hospitality of the three sisters who own the place has added infinitely to the dolce of the stay. After selling my heart during the ecstatic days of Napoli, their homely welcome and the calming sound of the waves nursed it back to sanity—not completely, but enough so that I could begin to ruminate on the oriental quality of the trip. I mainly saw two of them, Angela and Maria, at my arrival, at breakfast, and during the day; and since I was travelling alone and always had an urge to talk, naturally I found myself interacting a lot with them. The sisters speak Italian and German, and with my beginner’s Italian and broken German we could make it work quite well. Every morning, these simple conversations started my days afresh. There is nothing pretentious or mercantile about them, and you can be friends if you want to. Really recommended for those that seek a hearty welcome and homely comfort during their holiday.

Offering a shared lounge and mountain view, Villa Thomas BB conduzione familiare is situated in Ischia, 1.3 km from Spiaggia della Chiaia and 1.6 km from Spiaggia Cava Dell'Isola. I liked the view from my balcony, the room and the bathroom, always clean and perfect for two people. I liked the owners of Villa Thomas, always kind, welcoming and available to help. The point is strategic, because it is close to the bus stop from which the connecting lines pass to visit the whole island. I recommend it to everyone.

In the Forio di Ischia district of Ischia, close to Spiaggia di San Francesco, Villa Caruso features an open-air bath and a washing machine. I loved that place. We were there with a 6-year old boy and everything was perfect. The helpful stuff, the cleanliness, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. It was a very nice stay.
