Just spent three great nights here....very tranquil and quiet country accommodation. Place is absolutely immaculate- and they clean every day. Lots of space, a full balcony and equipped kitchen. Bathroom is spotless. I had a car and rambled about the island...lo ved staying here as it is fairly close to a few towns, including Kythera. Would highly recommend!

Offering a garden and sea view, Anemes is located in Avlemonas, 600 metres from Paleopoli Beach and 500 metres from Loutro tis Afroditis. Excellent location. Our studio was spacious and well maintained. There were all the amenities, such as coffee maker, espresso machine, fridge and a stove. Bathroom was large and modern. Comfortable beds. There was also a large balcony with beautiful views of the Paleopoli beach. The owners were very friendly, laid back and made us feel at home. A great plus the choice to bring the huge breakfast that they served to your room and enjoy the great views while having it. Parking was easy right across the street.

Situated 2.9 km from Kiriakoulou Beach, 400 metres from Monastery of Panagia Myrtidiotissa and 19 km from Loutro tis Afroditis, Nostos Guesthouse features accommodation set in Kýthira. This is a fabulous old guesthouse probably dating from the 1800's and sympathetically modernised with en-suite facilities. the breakfast in the snack bar (across the archway in the same building) was plentiful and good value for money. A nice quiet location in the heart of the chora. Be warned though - if you have any mobility issues, or struggle with stairs - then this is not for you! Car parking is a good walk away.

Located 100 metres from Diakofti Beach, Athena Kythera offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The location is amazing, near the port and in walking distance from one of the best beaches of the island. The room was huge and clean and it had two balconies one facing the mountain and one facing the sea, which was truly fantastic cause when it was very windy we could choose the back balcony that had 0 wind or vice versa. Every day the cleaning lady would clean the room and the family that owns the place was always there to help us and guide us. We will come again soon. The island and our stay were superb. Thank you.
