Conifers is a recently renovated guest house in Lyme Regis where guests can make the most of the garden and shared lounge. Tina and Mike were excellent hosts! We very much enjoyed our stay. We inconveniently arrived past 8pm but Tina welcomed us, giving us excellent service and tips for our visit. The room was very clean and quiet. Parking was also provided on site. Cannot recommend this property enough! We will definitely be back! :)

The flat was spotless, good location and lovely for the owners to leave tea/coffee/milk/bics to get you started and a bottle of wine. So considerate of them to supply condiments and cooking oil etc. so you didn't have to take everything with you. Excellent location so adjacent to all Swanage's attractions.

The Jolly Lodge is a fabulous well thought out, comfortable and inviting location to stay. Well placed for trips and explorations out and relaxing when back. The view from the outside seating area is just perfect. Really lovely touches from the host and excellent communications. Really enjoyable and, comfortable cannot recommend highly enough.
