The owner spoke very clear English to guide us through the process of setting everything up. Ideally set right in the heart of Gijón, Ático con terraza, vistas al mar y parking en playa de S Lorenzo is a recently renovated apartment, featuring free WiFi and private parking. The apartment has two balconies one facing the beach and ocean (which is just two blocks away) and one facing the back of the building. When both are open that creates a nice cross breeze in the unit. Unit was clean, roomy and it was well stocked with all kind of appliances, plates, paper towels, bath gel, iron, etc.....

The kitchen is big and fully equipped. The host is very friendly and kind. The apartment is located at a walking distance from the city centre.

The warm welcome on arrival and the friendly and very helpful advice during our stay. The apartments are modern and immaculate. Our room spacious and very well equipped. Great view to the fishing boat harbour. In the heart of town. Restaurants and shops close by. Whilst no parking on site we easily secured a park 30m away. Beautiful village. Spectacular walks.
