My german is not great, but he had patience, showed everything, and explained me all in details, repeating when I was not understanding 😄

The manager of the shop picked up my bike and me and drove to the shop. They fixed my bike and offered me a cup of coffee while waiting. Then drove me back to the hotel. Thank you all for the help! It really saved my trip on the Radfernweg Berlin-Usedom.
