Clean and comfortable and nicely decorated, the hosts have thought of every convenience: fully stocked kitchen, nice bedding, cozy couch, warm bathroom floors. The first floor apartment is walking distance to all the beautiful and touristy parts of town, but with a neighborhood feel. We liked it so much we thought of coming back to Friedrichshafen for a month just to stay here; we may have if it had a washer.

A lovely apartment hotel with a pleasant feel, just steps from the lake. Not fancy or designy elegant but cute, functional and relaxing, with everything necessary provided in the kitchen and a nice balcony. Having breakfast in the garden was wonderful. The proprietor is friendly and fun. Without really even knowing why exactly, I felt good there and would have liked to stay longer!

The apartment is more beautiful than you can see on photos. There is everything you need and even more. Staff is very friendly and helpful, easy to communicate. We really loved our stay and would be happy to return anytime.

El Seeblick - 4-Zimmer Wohnung 100m2 es un alojamiento con vistas al jardín situado en Immenstaad am Bodensee, a 13 km del recinto ferial Friedrichshafen y a 44 km del casino Bregenz. The location is great with a nice terrace viewing the lake. Pity for us we were at work and could not use the terrace during the day. Apartment is fully equipped with all you need and very comfortable. The owner was so nice and took care we get complete instructions to reach the location and also provide a garage for the car.
