By far the best hostess I ve had in the one and a half month I spent in Brazil. Simply the best. Always available. Super helpful. She gave me great suggestions for places to go. She helped with booking day tours on the last minute when everything had go wrong. And on top of everything when I got beaten by an unidentified insect in the jungle she took me to the health center and served as a translator for as long as it was needed. The rooms are great. Very clean and comfy. Absolute value for price. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Close enough so that everything is very accessible but far enough to be also quite. When I visit ilha grande again, I will definitely stay there.

Situated within less than 1 km of Abraao Beach and 1.7 km of Preta Beach, Suites casa do indio jungle, a melhor vista da floresta features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Abraão.... Very comfortable room, authentic jungle experience. Indio is a great host — highly recommend a kayak tour with him, it was one of our favorite experiences on the island.

Located 500 metres from Abraao Beach, Canoa Abraão offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a terrace. Super friendly and non intrusive hosts, they helped us leave our stuff early before check-in and also later during check out. The island was without electricity, their property had a generator that enabled the place to have warm water and light etc despite the power cut. They also had a complimentary afternoon lunch for the guests (and breakfast, obviously). Also close to some bars that are more low-mid range in price.

Absolutely everything: quiet location was just perfect being 10 minute walk from town centre of Abraão. Staff were super friendly and helpful in giving tour recommendations. The room was impecable with a wonderful sea view and hammock. Delicious, fresh, and plenty of breakfast, plus afternoon tea, included. They have a boat available to bring us from and to the main embarking jetty. Pool table, table tennis, and kayaks available for guests. Snorkelling gear available for rental, even food delivery to the accommodation was available. In Casa da Ilha Inn, they are doing everything right. It's worth every cent.

Located in Praia de Araçatiba, La Coquille offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Aracatiba and provides various facilities, such as a bar and a shared lounge. Diego was very helpful. His cheerfulness just washes our anxieties away.

Situated a few steps from Aracatiba, Pousada Belas Águas offers a garden, a bar and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. A beautiful place! Very friendly staff and incredible location! We loved all the equipment we were allowed to borrow- kayaks, snorkels, etc. We also participated in one of the boat tours they offered which was lovely!

Our stay was really amazing, we couldn’t imagine better place to stay!! The breakfast is delicious, the view is breathtaking and the hosts are truly welcoming. We are grateful to have met Sandra and her family and to have been able to talk with them. Thanks again for everything, we'll go back one day for sure!

The place is so cute, clean and comfortable. Nani, the host, is super helpful and friendly and made sure my partner and I would have the best time! I totally recommend it!
