This accommodation is at the center of the major tourist spots on the Phillip Island, such as Penguin Parade and Cowes Beach. The room is very clean and spacious, with a decent size of the living room and cooking area. The little porch area was lovely. The staff was there upon our arrival to provide information and easy to check out via key-dropping.

Just a 2-minute walk from Erehwon Point Beach and 400 yards from Cowes Beach, Genesta House features accommodations in Cowes, with a garden. The host Simmone was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant she recommended (Bani) and it was good. She made us feel welcome. She also prepares welcome cookies, red wine, fruits and breakfast was simple but nice. These may seem "little" things but are differentiators compared to any others which don't go the extra mile.
