The owner was available in the house. So it was not a problem to collect the keys. The overall process was managed with high quality. Everything was explained, and questions were answered. Our daughters were happy as there are 2 bedrooms with proper beds (and not the uncomfortable sofa which is very often the case in other apartments). The location is also perfect as you can walk few minutes to public Strandbad. Really recommended :)
