Stayed here in October 2023 - we flew into Tampa from the UK and wanted to have a couple of days to relax on the beach before travelling up to Orlando.
The drive from the airport was very straightforward and the property was easy to find. It's ideally located between the beach and the inter coastal - both are literally a couple of minutes walk away.
There's a convenience store and a cafe just around the corner in walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby.
It's an easy drive to St Pete's beach or Clearwater to explore a little further or there's a trolley bus that goes frequently between the two and only costs a few dollars each. We had a great time catching this to Johns Pass and spending a Friday evening enjoying the atmosphere and a few cocktails!
The property itself was beautiful and more spacious than we expected- the photos don't do it justice. It was well stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home and we made good use of the beach toys/equipment that were available to use.
Beds were super comfy, there was more than enough space for 5 of us and we loved the outdoor space to relax in the evening.
Only wished we'd stayed longer :-)

Well equipped room, very tropically decorated. Great location with a heated pool, small pier for fishing off, a barbecue area and walk to the beach. Owner was very helpful when Booking.com failed to send me the entry code and was on-site to give it to us. The facilities owner was also lovely too. A very friendly and relaxing small complex.
Would recommend this place if you are in Treasure Island.

The location was excellent it is right on the beach and our unit was facing the beach side with a nice view of the beach and the nice clean pool. They provided free beach towels as we did not have ours which we were able to use at the beach and the pool. There were lots of places to shower and rinse the sand off after the beach/pool.
Parking was a little tight, but it was fine access to the beach was excellent. They also provided a box on the deck leading to the beach that contained beach chairs and beach toys for the kids which was a grab and go type no charge system and it worked great (items that previously traveller had left behind for others to use). We utilize the chairs and the beach tools daily great idea. The little restaurant provided a great breakfast. We ate there one morning and the little tiki bar at the beach side was great providing delicious drinks.
The unit was a littler smaller than we were expecting, but for the six of us, it was more than adequate. It had everything you needed as far as Knives, forks, cups and saucers, glasses etc. dishwasher. There were lots of elevators and stairs.
They provided free beach towels as we did not have ours.
