The location is superb. We could spread out easily between 3 rooms. The kitchen had everything and more. The beach gear was plentiful in the garage. The pool/hot tub location was very beautiful.

Location is a very nice residential neighborhood, just a few short turns from the main street. This unit is the right side of the home, separate from the main house. The bedroom loft is over the garage. Entry and kitchen downstairs is small buy adequate for a couple. The kitchen is well stocked for a vacation stay with all the essentials. The "starter" kit of supplies provided (paper towels, garbage bags, Kleenex, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo) were more than adequate for a couple for one week. Washing machine and dryer in the garage were accessible by this unit and the renters in the main house. Ample comfortable pillows provided that somewhat made up for the soft mattress.
