Location was perfect. The crowd on the beach was way less than other surroundings areas considering it was Labor Day weekend. Room was clean with lots of chairs, umbrellas and accessories. Elevators were fast. Tim at the entrance was very welcoming. Lots of shops to walk to. St. Andrews Park is about 2 mins away. Bar/ Restaurant in front has great food and strong drinks.
