Great location. My room was very large and spacious with a separate seating area and a fireplace. Linens and pillows were very good quality. Loved the outdoor gas fire pits that faced toward the beautiful bay. The grounds were very nice. Included a delicious breakfast from the restaurant next door.

I loved sitting in the living room, watching the waves from less than a block away! The kitchen was stocked with all things needed in a kitchen. The queen bed was adequate. I loved that the property was a stones throw away from the quaint Avila Beach township, with some restaurants, shopping, and beach. I kept my car in the parking lot. I loved the cotton beach towel, given as a gift for staying! Nice touch and I used it at the beach.
The booking process was easy and the management company was communicative with instructions in a timely fashion.
