The place is comfy and has almost everything you might need for a couple of days. The location was also great - supermarkets nearby and bus station for the city quite near as well. We had some amazing food in the restaurants around.

Property was well appointed and very clean however parking is a major problem. We parked on the street directly opposite the apartment and the car was burgled overnight and 2 cases of clothes stolen. Unfortunately the area has a high number of drug addicts, confirmed by the police, which is evident as soon as you arrive. The property manager was excellent in helping us obtain a police report but we did not complete our stay as felt very unsafe.

Location, really easy friendly owner, bar that allows you to bring food and drinks down (small - 60 second walk from the boat!). Really safe location and even though it may feel odd leaving your belongings in a location without a locked door it isn’t a worry AT ALL! If you see anyone around the boat it’s just other people with boats
