Catarina and her staff were over the top exceptional! Chado Arty Flats was pretty centrally located and easy to access either via Uber or Taxi. Our apartment (yes apartment for the price of a hotel) rooms were clean and well appointed. Cute "Artsy" decor. Breakfast delivered to the room was wonderful and based on our likes/dislikes and schedule.

The staff were great (especially the young man). The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean and the location was perfect. Enough to do around it but also quiet. We also were given a fabulous welcome with port and fruit and the birthday gift of champagne and cake for my daughter was well planned.
