The property was lovely, really well presented and Christina was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. I was visiting primarily for the Biennale which was 5 mins away but it was very easy to visit all the other Venice attractions. There were plenty bars and restaurants in the local area.

The host is very good and very helpful. She was out of town, so arranged someone to give the keys. The rooms and bathroom is very spacious, location is also good, 5 mins walk from waterbus stop. Close to city center (10 mins walk) but far enough from touristy crowds.
