Despite we are quite late for check in Francesca has waited for us till midnight. When we arrived she has warm welcomed. Very clean rooms and well designed furniture. You can take a walk in the morning with a wonderful view of Como Lake. After that you can take nice breakfast of Francesca. We decided to extend our stay but it was booked fully. Francesca helped us for finding a place.

The view, the cleanliness, and location were amazing! This place definitely exceeded my expectations and I would love to stay here again! There was also free parking and the host was super nice and guided us to the right spot, which was appreciated since we were not familiar with the area. We also appreciated having the shore, some restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our favorite spot was definitely the balcony overlooking the lake and mountains!

This place had such a warm family vibe. The property was perfect. The pool was to die for. The staff were very helpful and nice. I loved the property dogs Whiskey and Lily. Beautiful yard for laying our in the sun with a good book. Great location by Spaggia di Gravedona.
