Barbara is a very gracious and generous host; she left us so much delicious food for breakfast and snacks, and has the apartment set up for ease and comfort of the visitors. The location is very convenient to the train, to dining, shops and the seaside (in sight from the piazza in front of the entrance). It was a wonderful town and place to stay, and wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved the location in the center of town. Very convenient to restaurants. The facilities were spacious and wished we could have stayed longer. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful during our stay!

Villa Caribe is in a nice location about a 10 minute walk (up) from Monterosso. It’s easy to get to by car and has good parking. It’s clean and comfortable. The room we had included dishes and a fridge, table and chairs and a little sitting area. There’s a nice view of the hills from the balcony. The internet was good but would fade out sometimes, then reconnect…it didn’t work on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was very friendly and did everything to make sure that our stay was comfortable. There are regular shuttles that go between the B&B and the village until midnight. On our last day, the host asked the shuttle van to pick us up even when it was not scheduled to come at that time.

We had a lovely view from our balcony since the room is located quite high on the hill. Cherry, the host, is kind enough to take you up with her vehicle when you arrive and when you leave which was wonderful. Breakfast is provided and everything you need with coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, granola, fruit and pastries/toast - perfect to start the day! Quick walk to the sea and train station and only about 15 min or less to the old town. Great stay!
