The apartment is right on the beach with no road in between, i.e. no car noises. We could have just sat on the balcony the entire day. We came in Mid/late October and everything apart from one Restaurant and one Cafe were closed. Hardly any tourists, we like that. The little supermarket 30 m away, has all the essentials one could want. Easy to reach by car. The car Ferry, which comes and goes at least 6 times a day provides some diversion ( some people might find it intrusive as it steers straight to the balcony when it turns around) we liked that.

The tenant is kind and helpful. The patio and the shared areas are charming, you can relax on the shaded terrace or in a hammock. We also had a private apartment with a small kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. They offered us wine and we got access to a coffee machine and such.
It's located 5min away from the centre by foot and there's plenty of space to park around.
