Excellent location if you want to escape the huge tourist crowds in Nydri but still be within walking distance. Beautiful well maintained garden, you’re lucky if windows face that way instead of the busy road and the sea. Clean rooms, basic, but good for this price! Breakfast also simple, but covers all needs.

A good apartment complex in Marantochori. It has a free parking space for tenants. The host (Ekaterina) was super friendly.
As for the facilities around, you have 2 grocery stores in a walking distance and a couple of decent cafes. If you drive for 20 min, you'll be able to get to Vasiliki beach. Also, you have a couple of beaches within 30-45 min driving.
Overall, the apartment complex gives you a Crimea vibe (if you know, you know).
P.S. When we were checking out, we got a nice little surprise from the host.

Mikros Gialos is a very small, silent and cute village with a nice beach and taverns The apartment was super clean, large and comfortable. The location was amazing, Especially the view from the balcony was really breathtaking, it was extremely relaxing to spent time at the balcony. Very friendly and helpful owners. Having a private parking place is a plus. Highly recommend if you are planning to visit Miikros Gialos.

The room was very comfortable, well decorated and clean. Everything in the room was brand new. It was one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed at. I personally liked the dark colored “make up” towel in the bathroom very much 😃 It was a nice detail. Our host was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The apartment was in walking distance to the port, restaurants and grocery stores.
