The property is a newly constructed or modified villa with spacious nice and clean units. All units have a kitchenette with everything necessary for a breakfast or a quick meal (utensils, plates, cups and mugs). You either get a precious sea view or beautiful garden view with grape vines, pomegranate, quince and olive trees or a combination of both.
The owners are super nice. There is also a separate 2 or 3 bedroom unit with full kitchen, living room and dining area that comes with the patio furniture and gorgeous view where you can dine and enjoy the breathtaking sunset view from there.
The beach is five minutes away from the villa and we were using the owner’s sun-beds and umbrella.
We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed every second of it.

The location of this facility is the top thing about it. You can actually stay on the beach, right beside the sea, the view you get from the balcony is as you see in the pictures, and this may compensate for some other things that are not perfect. Inside things are decent, its an older house, generally clean, clean sheets and towels, one time in the week the host cleans the room and changes sheets. The smell inside is ok, no strange odors or so. Ac works well, its only one unit in the kitchen, the bedroom has ac from the other room. Bedroom is spacious, bed is ok, not great. Bathroom has all you need, hot water all the time. Nice view from the bedroom also, on the lateral street, but also you can look at the sea from the bed, very nice. On the balcony, there is a table and chairs, very nice place to relax in the shadow. You can view the sunrise from the balcony, or from the bed in the bedroom. Also a few meters in front of the property, there is a part of the beach, where you can go free of charge with what you need. The host, takes care and clean the part of the beach in front of her house. Clean and nice. Our host was also carefull to cleaning outside of property, yard, hallways, stairs. A little to the right is the pontoon where boats come to take tourists, or is very popular for pictures. So, again, location.

The apartment was super clean!
We arrived around 5 pm and the air-conditioning was on. We felt welcomed, all 5 of us.
Big thanks to an employee from Albania who helped us find a parking spot by giving us his own.
The apartment is located 5 min away from the beach 1 min away from the Greek restaurant "Las-Pas" and near to other local shops and restaurants.
The beds are new and super comfortable.
