Mosaic is an upscale, lovely hotel. It is exceptionally comfortable, with staff ready to attend to every need. It is a very short walk to Old Town. We especially appreciated that they welcomes our dog. We loved our stay here!

Excellent apartment, everything worked. Good internet and TV. Lift to the flat which is on 2nd floor. Top location adjacent to the old town but with easy parking- we parked in the street, but there is also private parking in the basement carpark. This was by a long way the best of various places we stayed in Crete

Location extremely convenient, great balcony, the renovation was tastefully done, manager extremely helpful and had gate open to greet us for parking our car and hand over information.
