The flat was clean and spacious. The location was nice, near the sea and the bakery. The staff was communicating with me over WhatsApp and they were kind. For the next visitor: you should know that the cleaning person is coming every morning. It was super nice, I was just surprised the first morning :) Also, I arrived at the island around 12:30 and I could check-in into the room, which was much appreciated (compared to other places which are later). The owners of the place were kind and helped with everything needed. The room was spacious and pleasant and the entire complex is very nice. We rented a motorcycle so we were mobile and easily got everywhere, but the location is excellent and there is a shortcut to the beach. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and the room was very pleasant. We were in a room on the first floor of the complex and it has no view and is between the paths of the complex. I recommend asking for an upper room from which there is a view and privacy.
