Host accommodated last-minute changes and even gave us a call late in the evening to check that the heating was on and that we checked in ok.

Really large comfortable beds and lovely bedding. Tea and homemade cake and fresh milk provided in rooms. Great bathroom with a bath too! Short walk down hill into Instow so no worries about parking. Friendly interesting couple who really care about their guests.
