The apartment was very close to old town, the train station and bus station. You can rent bikes close by and ride around the lake. The kitchen was convenient to use. The host was very helpful.

Perfect location for Annecy. You are right in the main area for restaurants and to see the city. The Friday and Sunday am farmers' markets are right there and worth the time for getting food and some other items.
The rooms were spacious and confortable.
There was a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to pack less.
They even had some electrical adapters in the unit for devices that did not require a power converter.
Annecy is perfect location from which to see the region by car, just beautiful and interesting. Could spend a week at this location with car rental.
There was free parking space for our car rental. They make sure to contact in advance and meet up upon arrival.

The apartment is modern, very cozy and clean as well as equipped with everything that you can wish for. The location is perfect, just 5 min from the train station and in walking distance to restaurants, the lake and the old part of town. The balcony with view at the lake and the mountains is perfect for a breakfast in the morning sun with fresh baked goods from the boulangerie across the street.
