Great location on Mont St Clair with easy access to the town of Sete by car and nice walks in the pine forest at the top of the hill. Beautiful views across the lagoon from the shaded garden and pool area and Sophie and Guillaume are excellent hosts with lots of great recommendations for the area.

Maxime was a very welcoming and conscientious host. Any time we ran into difficulties - minor car accident, a forgotten water bottle - he went out of his way to make sure that they were resolved. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located.

We were able to get in a little early. The host was great - immediately answered his cell and gave us the door code. The location is just above the main tourist office for Sete. Nice view of the Canal Royal, and close to bakeries, restaurants and bars. Nice appointed kitchen with washer - need to use the included drying rack, but allowed us to wash clothes mid-trip. Be careful of restaurants on the Canal - some are very touristy. Our best meal was a 10 minute walk away on a canal, but it is not on Yelp. It is a restaurant on a anchored boat - one of the best meals of our trip! The television was great and a nice large size - I was able to log in on Netflix and watch some television at night
