Great location: we wanted to visit our daughter studying abroad and it was a short walk to her dorm.
It has convenient access to the metro (Airport!) and bus lines. A comfortable walk to Ciutat de Les Arts y Ciencias. Lots of restaurants, bakerys nearby. Supermarket next door. Everything you'd need is right there.

The house was very spacious and had good kitchen utensils. We also liked that there were many buses near the house which would go to either the centre or the city of arts and sciences. It was a very good booking to make considering how cheap it was compared to other options.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The terrace is huge and perfect for children to play. The staff was attentive, responsive and very welcoming. We came there as a family of 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment served us perfectly. We were all in awe of how nice it looked. The rooms have right the just size to accommodate comfortably. There are two bathrooms, which are very useful for a large family. Kitchen is very well-equiped. The terrace has a table, chairs, sofa, and a very wide open space where children can run free as you watch them from the inside. There is a direct entrance from the apartment's own terrace to the playground and pool at the building's common area. The private free parking spot also served us very well. We will definitely come back for a longer stay if we can!

Ground floor. High ceiling. Looks very good inside. Special design up to details. Open space. No internal doors except the bathroom. Very clean. Beds are fresh and comfortable. All equipment is new. One can even cook on electric stove. 2 TV and air-conditioning. Everything works. Hot water in shower. Quite inside: we did not hear any neighbours, few rare sounds from the street. This is a gorgeous apartment. It was spotless and very tastefully decorated. It was the kind of place you were pleased to come home too.
This is also a great location right beside a tram line, bicycle rentals, the beach and the beach community.
