I like that it was just like they show in the pictures; and it was not different in reality. the bed was super comfortable, the room and hotel is perfectly located, the staff was super nice and helpful, in the lobby there id a place to work if needed (which I used and was a perfect work space. The bed and pillows were perfect and was able to get a great night sleep. Highly recommendable!

The location and sea views were perfect. The terrace was large and the the balcony off the bedrooms on the other side were a nice bonus. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Being in a local neighborhood instead of the busy centre, even during the off-season, was a nice change of pace and a much more authentic and enjoyable experience in the evenings. However, I cannot stress enough that the icing on the cake was Alex at reception. He was so pleasant and welcoming, very thorough during check in and showing us around, and went the extra mile when it came to some difficult street parking. He really went above and beyond and constantly made us feel at home. He gave some excellent local restaurant recommendations right in the neighborhood and was a very interesting person to talk to. We were really impressed by him, and his kindness was unmatched. We hope he gets the recognition he deserves as a top-notch host.

We only had enough time for coffee and croissants but what was on offer appeared to be very good. The location of the hotel is difficult to find and perhaps still “hidden away”too much. But that’s easily overlooked when you have this type of accommodation on offer and an employee as good and as pleasant as Laura who made us feel super welcome. We did not have enough time to fully enjoy all the facilities in this wonderful little gem, but we will certainly return there on our next trip to this enchanting city.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Wonderful location with everything I needed within a short walk - groceries, coffee, lovely cafes and restaurants and all of the attractions in Palma were right outside my doorstep. The apartment itself is very comfortable with great facilities. I was VERY thankful for a comfortable mattress and great sleeps!

(I was at the apartment at second floor.) Really nice, cozy and new apartment. Super host: always present if you need tips or help (we needed to rent an auto and he suggested a local rental which was super) Location perfect: in the historical center but still in a quite place. A cafe just at the corner if you want to grab a fresh croissant for your breakfasts.
