Esteban was very friendly and tried to cater for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space (but only a few hangers). We were allowed some use of the kitchen and fridge. The location was easy to reach from public transport and close to shops and other facilities. The area was very pleasant to be in, and there was a lively atmosphere in the town squares in the evenings. Also easy to travel by public transport to central Bilbao and other areas. We had keys to the building as well as our room.
