Very conveniently located literally across the street of the França train station where the is also a bus stop and taxis.
there is an Aldi supermarket like 50 Mts away as well as various restaurants and bars. walking distance from the Gothic/El Born neighborhood.
The owner is very nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom very clean. This is my second stay and will definitely will stay again.

The locatin was perfect. Easy walk to most sites. It was quiet, which I feel was likely because it was on the outskirts of the Gothic Quarter. Very clean with comfortable beds. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect for our party. Having the kitchen was great. Would definately stay here again.

The place was great! everything was clean and organized. Well equipped with appliances and facilities for a pleasant stay. Also close to the beach which makes everything easier, also a very attentive host. I definitely would stay here if I come back to Barcelona.
