The communication before our arrival was always very quick, uncomplicated and polite. We always received answers to all our questions and we had telephone contact aswell. The property and room were charming. The owners/staff were very hospitable, kind, and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the European breakfast buffet was delicious. There was a cute patio where one could sit and have/order afternoon coffee & cake and/or dinner and chat with other guests or quietly read a book.
