A new nice place. Close by the beaches and restaurants nearby (5min by car). We stayed with my family in a double bedroom room: AC in all rooms, kitchenette, balcony. We had access to the nice shared swimming pool.

We selected a Greek style apartment, and it was very atmospheric. Nice balcony, view of the courtyard. The location is in a calm area, quite far from the marine, organized beaches and the main promenade area. However there is a small beach 3 min walk, restaurants and food stores. Very responsive staff!

Seaview. The rooms correspond to the description on the booking. Nicely furnished, functional. On arrival there was water in the fridge. Equipped kitchen. Fairly safe neighborhood. Bus stop to Limassol right in front of the location. Small, unequipped beaches with sunbeds are nearby, but you can go to the beach in front of the building where there is also a swimming pool. On the opposite side of Berezka street - Ukrainian cuisine with good prices and plenty of choices. Georgia offered me all the help I needed during the visit, she even helped me arrange transportation to Protaras.
