Based on photos advertised through booking.com I thought we had a full view of the ocean from our balcony but it was only a partial view and only if you looked around the corner whilst on the balcony. From our lounge area you could only see the neighbours roof.

I felt very welcomed during my stay by the friendly and generous hosts, who looked after me very well. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a, luxurious, king-sized bed and large balcony. The breakfast was also very good. The place itself is also very interesting with lots of art and collections of artifacts. It is a bit like a museum. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and highly recommend it. Narooma itself is a lovely place to visit and the highlight for me were the sea lions who you can see up-close on the Seal Rocks at the entrance to the inlet. You can also go snrokelling or scuba diving with sea lions with https://montagueislandtours.com.au/
