great little place, Just for myself. although I say a few points about what wasn't to my liking, this was definitely an amazing place to stay and highly recommended. it was wonderful opening the windows every morning to that beautiful blue sky.

We arrived and were a bit lost but once we contacted them they came right away. If we need anything they immediately came to help. We had to stay longer last min due to our flight being cancelled. She worked with us and allowed us to stay longer and met us in the middle with everything. Very friendly, great location, and clean rooms

Beautiful and modern apartment in a great location, walking distance from the boulevard of Vlorë. The apartment has everything you can think of and the host and his family are some of the kindest people we have met. The most attractive part of Vlore is the seafront promenade, so Ulcas is located right in the heart of the action, with tons of dining nearby. It's also not a terribly long walk to the main stretch, but unless your a student of Albanian independence that probably won't be a priority.
The room was very generous in size and spotless, with a great bathroom and plenty of storage space. Some also have a bit of a beach view.
The host is a character and bludgeons his way through with a mix of German, Italian and English, but he clearly loves Vlore and takes great pride in his guest house. Proper coffee us served at breakfast which is a great bonus.
