It's opposite the beach. Free parking under the building was a bonus. We were greeted by our host on arrival, and WhatsApp open communication was very helpful. We arrived 30 minutes late but wasn't an issue and had the option of leaving at any time as the room was free the next day.

There was no breakfast available as out of season but staff happily provided us with coffee etc when we needed it.
