Ethel gave me lots of help before I even arrived in Livingstone. She was so helpful, which was reassuring for me as I was travelling alone. She answered all my queries and was willing to store items for me. She arranged pick up at the airport. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I really felt at home. I was here for 5 nights, and the apartment was well set up, so I catered for myself easily and comfortably. Peter took me out to the villages and market, which was amazing. I saw a real slice of life in Livingstone, for which I am grateful. Butterfly Lodge became a real home from home, and I hope I get to come back one day.

I was well received and all amenities were well maintained and functional. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service from clean rooms, showers, friendly staff and to top it all consistent power supply. Eagle Weavers is well powered up with sufficient energy backup facilities and I was never affected by any power outages that are affecting Zambia at the moment i.e I experienced 24 hours daily power supply with excellent internet connection during my stay.
