The staff were very helpful and communicative, both in person and via WhatsApp. There was construction on the street when I checked in, which I didn't anticipate and it made getting my bags to the apartment down the street (bigger room that's an extension of the hotel) a little difficult, but they helped me carry them and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was brand new and extremely clean.

The house owner contacted us before we arrive to inform us that the apartment is ready and give us more information, first we arrived we called her and she was there in 5 minutes waiting for us. The house is well occupied with everything that a family will need in a vacation, kitchen has all the necessary things to make a family meal (breakfast-lunch-dinner) number of plates and glasses and cups is more than 10 so you can imagine the rest. Apartment is in the first floor so no stairs :D Very clean place in the center of Prizren, you can go out in the middle of night no one will disturb you, Kosovo people are so nice, also near to all the monuments that you must visit. I will definitely come back again

We returned to the beautiful Prizren for the third time, and I think we found a place we will return to again and again. Centrally located, yet in perfect tranquillity, large comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean accommodation, perfect for both short and long stays. Friendly, communicative, extremely helpful hosts. We can recommend it without any reservations! Thanks for the commitment that has achieved all this!

I had a great stay at Orange Apartment, the rooms were extremely clean, everything was new, the living room has a great view and a super smart TV with many channels. The balcony is big where you can have a nice stay. Jahja was super welcoming, I would definitely recommend it!
