Staff was quite helpful and friendly. We had an incident with the car on the highway, and the staff helped with the solution in real time. The space was clean and nice designed. Entrance to the apartment block is a bit confusing as there is still under construction in the surroudings, but not a big problem. It is quite near the center. There is available parking.

Very friendly and helpful host Engin: he went out of his way to book me metered taxis coming and going to the intercity bus station. Metered taxi fares are less than half the price of other taxis.

Everything was very clean and new. It was nice to have two bathrooms, and the dishwasher was an added perk. There was a lot of light, and there are multiple balconies to enjoy. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, and the spacious kitchen and dining area felt open and inviting. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and were quick to assist with any questions. The location was walkable to the bus stop and to many local cafes and stores. We felt very safe in our surroundings. For the most part, it was also quiet, and the blackout blinds on the windows made it easy to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartament was clean,oraganised and in a very nice location.It was spacious and comfortable.The host Shpetim was great,gave us advices about places around also helped us out a lot.I will come again.
