We loved our stay(s) at Karst Villas (we went back for another night!). With beautiful scenery and a well-designed, comfortable space, they also had all of the requirements: warm water, comfy bed and good Wifi. The family and team are so nice and welcoming, and do a fantastic job. To top it all off, the food is incredible. Great vegetarian options as well; some of the best food we have had in Vietnam. Also we loved that they provide a big central jug of water to fill up your water bottle - only place we have seen this and it made our stay much easier. From here we cycled into town for the sights which was easy through the gorgeous rice fields. We so enjoyed it and strongly recommend.

Security gates at the street and the porperty was set back so it felt very safe. The staff(family) were courtesy and beyond helpful taking care of all my needs. They allowed me to check in at 6am after getting off an overnight bus and I am very grateful to them for that.

This is a family homestay with the most incredibly kind family. Dinh and his wife made us feel very welcome and would do anything to make our stay perfect!! The kindness was out of this world and we couldn't have asked for a better time in this accommodation, would 💯 go back and recommend to others.

All units at the apartment complex have air conditioning and a desk. Amazing place with a very spacious room and an awesome balcony. The views of the river and sunset were absolutely incredible. The host was warm and welcoming, taking great care to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, and I could easily rent a scooter directly from the host, which was very convenient. He even went the extra mile by dropping me off at the bus station. Truly enjoyed my stay!

The nearest airport is Dong Hoi Airport, 40 km from the apartment. Superb host, affordable location. It is very quiet at night. The room is equipped with a water kettle. Toiletries were properly provided. The night we arrived the host invited us to local beer and home grown lotus seeds and guava. They cooked tasty family style meals for us with very swift manner. The garden view is great. You can visit Phong Nha cave which is 3km away.
